Inner Circle Rewards Terms & Conditions

How do I earn Vaper Empire referral credits?

VE Members earn Referral Credits towards future purchases if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Vaper Empire account; and (ii) the referred friend completes an initial purchase on the Vaper Empire Website. The VE Member may not be the recipient of their own referral invitation.

The referring VE Member will be credited with the Referral Credit amount described in the accompanying promotional collateral. There is no maximum limit to the amount of referral credit a VE Member may earn as long as it follows the guideline outlined in the accompanying promotional collateral.

Referral Purchase Qualification

A qualifying purchase is required to be made via the Vaper Empire website platform and the referred friend must finalise their purchase before the VE member can receive their Referral Credit.

Redemption of Referral Credits

Referral Credits are in the form of VE Points, credited to the member account and redeemable on the checkout page. VE points can be manually applied to the purchase amount by selecting the redeemable amount and clicking ‘apply’ to deduct the selected amount from the purchase.

Referral Credits cannot be generated by multiple Vaper Empire Accounts and are not transferrable between accounts.

Sharing of Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for non-commercial or personal purposes, and only shared with personal connections. Referral links should not be published or issued where there is no reasonable assumption that the recipients are personal connections (such as coupon websites or public forums).

Referred Friends

Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will receive a Referral Credit of 5,000 VE Points, valued at $20, to use toward their initial purchase.

Multiple Referrals

Only one referral link may be used by each referred friend. If a referred friend receives referral links from additional VE Members, only the originally issued referral link will be valid beyond the application of their VE Members Account.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Change

Vaper Empire may terminate or suspend the Inner Circle Rewards Program or a member’s access to participate in the program for any reason, at any time.

Any activity that we believe is fraudulent or abusive reserves Vaper Empire the right to suspend accounts or eliminate Referral Credits and VE Points. We also reserve the right to investigate and review referral activity and to suspend or modify accounts or referrals as seen to be appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

Vaper Empire may update terms at any stage without notice. If we modify our terms, the modification shall be posted on the Vaper Empire website and applications which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Inner Circle Rewards Program after said modifications shall be deemed consent to said modification.
