To get started quickly, once you've selected and added all desired purchase items to your cart, we suggest using the 'Estimate Shipping' option to calculate your orders shipping. This is available near the bottom of your shopping cart. You can easily access your shopping cart at anytime by clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top right of every webpage.

From the Estimate Shipping section of your shopping cart, to calculate your shipping, simply enter your location. A 'Shipping Options' section will then appear just below, offering you either Express shipping or PO Box shipping (Note: Express Shipping cannot ship to PO Box addresses due to signature requirements and therefore all PO Box orders will be sent via Standard Airmail Service.). Your shipping rate will automatically be calculated based on weight and current shipping rates.

After that, make sure you re-order your E-liquid and accessories a few days before you run out and take advantage of our super cheap and speedy express shipping.
Orders are dispatched on the same day providing that the transaction is carried out before 4pm. Otherwise orders are sent in the morning of the following day.

On rare occasions, shipping delays may be experienced due to customs inspections, public holidays, peak shipping periods or general shipping hold-ups. Vaper Empire takes no responsibility for delays resulting from 3rd party carrier or customs.

Please be aware that nicotine products are sent from the UK and adhere to existing laws. Individuals may wish to import 3 months’ worth of personal supply. Vaper Empire equates 1 x 10ml bottle of E-liquid to be approximately 1 weeks’ worth of personal supply for an average ‘pack-a-day’ smoker. Therefore Vaper Empire suggests 12 x bottles of E-liquid approximately constitutes 3 months’ worth of personal supply. Use this guide to estimate your own intake.

*Express service cannot deliver to PO Box address. If you input a PO Box address into the system and do not select the PO Box shipping option at checkout, we will be unable to send and will contact you for an alternative address or will send via Standard Airmail Service. This may result in a delay to your shipment being dispatched.

*Express 3-5 day delivery applies in urban metropolitan areas. For deliveries to rural areas, please add an additional 2-3 days on to the delivery time.
